Howie,
I get a kick out of everything you've done in search of perfection.

I'm running a basic stock 110 (just a few external mods), have only had to replace the head gaskets once (apparently got the right ones the first time), debating on whether to do the "performance upgrade" at all, and my baby runs strong and just fine. (Of course I'm not into drag racing, just getting on the road and enjoying the ride. Not that there's anything wrong with drag racing, mind you.

) I've invested about two grand in upgrades to my bike and am happier than a pig in chit with how she performs, and so far I've got longevity also. I really think that you should write off the 6-8 grand you've invested in this engine, and just drop a JIMS 120 or 131 into your ride. (I know you want the matching VINs, but I don't think you're ever going to be satisfied with the builds you're doing.) Now if you've got bottomless pockets, then keep doing what you're doing, eventually (after about 20K) you'll come up with "the build". Not slammin what you're doing bro, but I think you'd have been better off going the route Ken did and just drop a new JIMS in. (Performance with reliability already built in at the factory).
