I'm betting there'll be an Ultra Dyna Glide Classic Bob Sportster Rod. It'll be called an FLDGXLV-Bob!

I heard it was going to be exactly that, but the "Dark" model.  All black.

Well in that case - unless they are ordered for people  - there are about a hundred orange RG's at York waiting to go out
On the CVO line I saw one silver Ultra in progress and lots of Orange SERGS.  I did not see any silver SERGs on the line.

Now, that's a bit of extremely discouraging information as my Silver SERG is programmed to arrive in June.   :(

OK, I found something in my service manual that could be an oversight on HD's part, or it could be a typo, BUT in Figure B-23. INTERCONNECT HARNESS, they reference headlight wiring for models FLTR and FLTRU.  You can look for yourself, and give it whatever credibility you like.  Here's a screenshot.

Good catch.  I'd say mystery solved. We are going to get an "Ultranized" Road Glide

And if they would just make it with a detachable tour pack, that has some front to rear adjustment, it sure would be nice.

Newb here.  I read two conflicting posts in this thread.  One stated that there are a lot of SERGs sitting at dealers and another one stated that there was huge demand and that the SERGs have to be ordered and waited for.  I am not trying to bust anyone out, I am just praying that it is the former and not the latter.  I called my dealer on Monday to have him try to find me a Silver SERG, Yellow is my second choice.  I have not heard back from him yet and I am assuming that it may be more difficult to find one than I was hoping.  So, please tell me that they are out there!  I have been waiting for a few years now to pull the trigger on the RG and the SERG put me over the top, plus I just finished convincing the wife that I need another bike.  :)

What do you say to a person whose recreational reading includes tech specs and wiring diagrams? Great catch!  :2vrolijk_21:  :2vrolijk_21:

Please tell me that people are not paying in the 40's for a '09 SERG now!?!  Should I be expecting to pay over MSRP?

Just confirmed the price yesterday on my Silver SERG due to arrive in June and the sales price including handling fees comes to $31,574.00; plus the dealership threw in a $ 1,500.00 gift card.   :carrot:   :cucumber:   :pepper:   Bruce is asking waaaaaay too much.
