That's too funny.

Harry, Jamey and I both send the best wishes to your wife for a speedy recovery.  I am so sorry to hear that she got hurt.  The bike is easy to fix, our bodies just are not as easy.  Best wishes to both of you.  Candy  :D

Expected tales of the road or at least the acquisition from Zig this morning.  Wonder if he bought it?

I bet he can't get out of the garage long enough to talk to us.

Got to admit MrsWe.  That would certainly be a proper sense of priorities  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Bet he's busy installing chrome and other goodies and of course let's not forget some real OCD cleaning, polishing and waxing. Oh, and then there's the re-reading of the accessories installation instructions to see why things just don't line up and then a trip to the hardware store for more tools, a new roll around toolbox, garage floor paint or tile, and more lighting, etc. Tis the season!! So, CVOJOE--How did you know about the garage floor paint project I have on my to-do list?  (cue the spooky music)  That's downright eerie......

Wishing a speedy recovery to both wife and bike.

As for the paint, my tour pak lid took 3-4 weeks.  At the MMA Swap Meet 2 weekends ago, I saw a set of cherry fenders.  I almost bought them but thought that it would be bad karma.  Of course I now have a 3/8" chip on the front of my front fender from this weekend's toy run... >:(

You see you were supposed to buy the fenders as it was good karma that you jinxed.   Someone above was being proactive for you and you didnt heed the warnings instead your cup was half empty :)   hehe

Thanks for the positive wishes for the wife and the bike.   Its just a waiting game now.

Harry -

I wish your wife a speedy recovery and the both of you a wonderful holiday season.  I really appreciate the leadership position you have taken on the Zippers front--that is a great service to so many of us.  While we are all eager to see test results, they will come in due time.  For now, the priority is your wife's recovery.

Firedood,

Some things to note on the bags is that the pins for the SE bikes are different pins from all other touring bikes.
