Wonder why Feulings web site shows a much lower and not so pretty curve with the 574 in a 110?
 http://www.feulingparts.com/dynocharts.php

No note on the exhaust.....they may be running with the cat still in and stock exhaust. :nixweiss:  Not sure what that big dip is about....I break 100 ft. lbs torque at 2700 rpms and it just keeps pulling.  No dip in my dyno sheet.

That is a very late curve. None of the 574's I have done have looked like that with a variety of different exhaust combinations.

Here's another 110" 574 Dyno. 116.4 HP 118.8TQ!    This is in a 10' FLHXSE with .030" Head gaskets. No other head work. V&H Headpipe and 4" mufflers, TTS Mastertune, Dyno by Bob......This cam really liked the slight compression bump that the .030 head gaskets gave....

This is my bike, reworked by Jim. I honestly couldnt find where the power stopped. it was like being in a rocket. at 100 mph+ the bike still pulled in sixth gear, sick. I would recommend the work Jim did to anyone. The reason I didnt get into trouble on my way back to L.A. is cuz that couldnt catch me! :coolblue:

I saw your dyno sheet........very nice.  What a difference a set of gaskets can make.

116H/118T...good numbers!
The Feuling 574's do in fact a do nice job for those who like their aggregate power more to the right.

Here's an example of a CVO bike that has nice peak torque with a good curve and with aggregate torque more to the left.
This one crossed 120 on the TQ but this build typically does 118 or so on the SAE torque.
BTW, heads were not pulled for this build.

You've got some good numbers there but it looks like the tq. comes on about the same rpms and both peak about 3800 rpms.  The only difference I see is that you have higher peak numbers and that yours is smoothed at 3 and ours is smoothed at 5. :nixweiss:

Who tuned that?

Hi Jim

John runs his own shop - Herko. He's located in Indiana. Too far away from me unfortunately.

Now the question, who wins in a race?
These 2 cams are close. I'm sure the woods 555 would be right in there also.  I all ready ordered the cr 575 before I noticed this post. Was second guessing my choice until Herko threw up that dyno graph. Thanks John

I gave up on the fuelings after 200 miles  I wet with the gear drive setup on a 95 incher and unfortunately had too much run out and was sumping really bad. or maybe cavitating. so I dicided to rebuild with a new set of se heads still with the fueling cams and only went with the 07 fly wheels and am at 103 hp  unfortunatly we still had a sumping problen tried new oil pump and cam plate nothing worked. put a se 257 chaindrive on the set up and now works fine  The guy at fuelignwas no help to me in the many conversation I had with him and my dealer had with him. infact a couple other shops in albuquerque have had the same problem with them.

I don't know they had great responce but the bike was unridable with them installed.

Feuling Parts have a new line of "Reaper" camshafts for the Twin Cam Engines.
A few weeks ago I used the 574 in a 95" build that performed very well. I wanted to give this a try in a 110 even thought the compression calculators have the CCP's on the low side due to the 45 degree intake close and the large chamber the 110 heads have.
Here are the specs on the new camshafts:

The CCP on the bike with the stock cams was 205 and with the 574 cams it is 190 which is better than the calcualtors state it should be. I used JCZ's bike as a Guinea Pig, other mods are a gutted cat and fullsack 1.75" cores in the stock muffler cans. The results are very good and we are very pleased with the performance of this cam. Attached is the dyno sheet

Slacker.....this is the thread you're looking for on my SESG.  See the first page of this thread.

great power but I had problems with them causing a cavitation in the oil system I was at 95 inch with factory pump  then spit my cased to upgrade crank to a 103 and put the fueling pump  and it still did it. yanked out the fueling stuff and put in screaming eagle and it al works now. I know another guy in new mexico who had the same issue. the fueling guys at the desk hadd nothing to offer me.  I sold everything in the denver swap.
