Spoke to my dealer the a.m. and he is getting one (1) SEUC as well as one (1) of the 48's. He said the SEUC is absolutly beautiful. Expected arrival is early to mid April.

He also said it comes with auto locks with auto lock on the ignition. The brochure states Garmin 660? So not sure on the 665.

I'm afraid I think that blacked out bikes are awful (particularly half-blacked out ones like this!).  Harley and chrome are synonymous in my head, CVO and chrome even more so!  And what are you expected to do when you want an accessory, and it's not available in black?  Nah...... a marketing con!

But, to each his own, and beauty is in the eye of the beholder - if we all liked the same things, the world would be a dull place!  :)

But the remote locking on the ignition is long overdue, and I really hope we can retro fit that to early bikes with the remote locking facility!   First owner post pics so we can see how it's done please!  :2vrolijk_21:

One of the dealers where I have my name on the list for this bike just called me with a price......

41469.00!
 :(

Does not include sales tax since I'm out of state!  Sounds like MSRP + freight + dealer prep + doc fee + 4K!

I'm out, at least at this dealer!

As long as we keep paying the outrageous prices for these bikes, they will continue to charge them.  It's like anything else; how bad to you want it.  We're all being brainwashed everyday.  If we don't give in, you'll see the prices dropping...or they will learn how to eat those bikes!

Well I have heard of some 2009 SERG's still on the dealers floor with no real price breaks.  How long are they willing to hold out?

The longer they have them on the floor, the more it costs them.

I, for one, am very interested in the new black bike. I have put in an order to the dealer. It will, however, in the end depend, on the trade-in for my '09.

same with me  :2vrolijk_21:

I don't have any problems with the chrome/black mixup - this is definitely no "bad bike" and I would never try to convert a FLHTC into such - waste of time and money.

But I will relocate the Zumo to the handlebar, much easier to operate it there. And I'm still undecided about keeping my 550 and selling the 660  ::)
