Gettin.....

Pado was (not quite) in the "zone" when I saw him Fri/Sat.  so he was not likely to get into too much trouble.

Next time he comes to town,  I plan to make sure he gets "with the program",  but at the same time does not get into trouble. :P

Murphy........You......"picture" guys sometimes drive me crazy.  I advertise some item on Craigs list,  and everyone knows what (the item) looks like.........some idiot want to see a "picture" of it. :nixweiss:

Like I have a Coleman Wall tent........I have had it for years.  Nothing wrong with it.  Coleman makes quality products.  I'm needing to get rid of it.........some joker wants a "picture" of it.  Like I'm gonna put it together in my yard.......stakes and all.........just so I can take a pic of it.  WTF. >:(

Jesse,

I have gone thru the same aggrivation of what type of seat to put on my ride as well.  Finally after researching and sitting on all kinds of seats I finally found the right one.  I purchased a new 2008 FLHTCUSE3 seat for my 2009 FLHTCUSE4.  Of course this is a heated seat.  and this seat is so comfortable.  Deep Saddle with the lower back support that I needed.  The wife says that the passenger seat is also great,  it has a backwards slope to it, so now she doesn't slide forward all the time.  the seat looks great on the bike, and the main thing is that it is so comfortable.  I have had severe lower back problems and was almost at the point of having to give up riding.  But after replacing the handlebars with the Wild 1 Bagger Bars and putting on the HD FLJTCUSE3 seat.  I belive I have finally found the right combination.  Anyway,  the HD seat is very comfortable.  And yes it will fit the 09 and 10 bikes without any problems.  Hope this helps.

I don't see the stock 08 seat on the Harley site. Do you have a part number or link?

I have another good experience with Mustang service.

As you know I purchased the one piece in Myrtle this past week. When you purchase a Mustang on the road you are actually purchasing it from a separate entity called Motorsport Rally Corp.

They support the warranties of the Manufacturers that they sell. So returning the Mustang seat was just like dealing straight with Mustang. The woman you want to talk to if you have any issues with products purchased at the rallies is Ali (pronounced Alley). She is just great. Very nice, and willing to help. She understood my issue and a return is no problem.

Unfortunately Mustang seats just don't fit me. But their customer service has to be one of the best in the business.

Thanks Ali!

Where might be a good source to purchase the Saddlemen Explorer seat?

Return policies vary. Anyone know a good dealer willing to accept a return on a seat like Mustang does?

I might have just found the place. Dennis Kirk will accept returns no restocking fee.

Well, after a 1600 mile test I am returning the Mustang seat.  Your right about Ali, Jesse, she was great.  The seat is just too hard.  Loved the back rest, after many adjustments, but the seat has to go.  Let me know your opinion of the Saddlemans.  I still like the Mustang on the Heritage, but the Touring seat is not my choice either..... :-\
