That is some serious damage , just imagine what the wiring is like and if it was put out with a powder extinguisher it has t o be totally rebuild to be reliable again. I wouldn't spend any money on it unless the bike sells for less than a couple of hundred euro's :nixweiss:. The parts you need to rebuild it and paintjob will just break it even to sell it with just a small margin providing you do the job yourself. It will never cover the ours of work you'll have to spend on it. :coolblue:

Real bad luck for the owner though, just hope he's allright.

I'll stick to the flamejob on my 2011 .SEUC. :2vrolijk_21:

Did you get your bike back yet?

Not yet, its still in Sandusky. They have been waiting for parts and now everything is out for paint. The trailer arrived from Florida yesterday and I'm pleased with it so far. Panhead Jimmy and Ron (CVOJET) were over today and made me miss the bike even more...its good to have a CVO support group when your down.  :drink:  Doc

I noticed your bike at MV had the turn signal extenders on it, did they survive the wreck?  If not I have a new set I'll send you, decided not to use them.

Thanks, but I think they survived. Its amazing, the bike didn't go down but it went over enough to scrape the lower third of left lower fairing off along with the fender, and the engine and bag guards were destroyed on both sides. The windshield, handle bars, rear fender and Bushtec hitch are being replaced also. I think the windsheld and handle bars got damaged from me hanging on and getting tossed around, but it was either that or getting thrown off into the stopped vehicles in front of me.  Doc
