After seeing a set of Rinehart duals on a 10 I'm thinking of going with the Fullsac X pipe and baffles.  Just can't decide which size baffle.  I want something maybe the same sound or a little quieter than the Rinehart's.  Any suggestions?

You can get 10 brazillion suggestions/opinions, but if you call Steve @ Fullsac he can tell you the difference and the comparisons. (and stand behind it)

WHY???? Would you even entertain paying MSRP and buy back into the same basket of worms we have been dealing with since '07.
My vote would be to talk some trash and get the dealer/factory to give you some help with replacing the original pos motor.
Not sure why you ask since, it's your $$$$ and your going to do what makes you happy.
Bottom line, get back on the road and enjoy the ride no matter which way you decide.

Definately reccomend the Fullsac X-pipe, 2.0 baffles and the TTS. Contact Doc for an appointment or let him reccomend someone he trained in your area. You will be more than happy with the results.

Since you asked Tommy ... 2'' Fullsac with a tune by Doc :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21: I believe the 2'' will give you the best performance. I went from Rinehart true duals to the 2'' and like that they are a little quieter for those long road trips but have a nice bark when you get on em. FWIW

BUT, the administrators of this web site are very clear that the site is not only for all Harley riders but all motorcycle riders. Indeed, I've gotten some chit for dissing Wing Dings. (there I go again) So, I ask what's in a name ? It would seem a bad motor is what's in the CVO name. The same bad motor that's been foisted on the consumer for five years now. H-D does some good things; in fact they've done a lot of good things in the past 27 years, but the 110 motor is not one of them. I can only wonder why they stubbornly refuse to send that engine configuration to the scrap heap of history and find a solid replacement for the 103 or go back to the 103 for their CVO platform.

One thing to keep in mind in this case BB.  Tommy's was an 07.  So even though the perception is that the 110s have been better (a relative standard for sure) this engine was from that first release.  From a time their problems weren't yet known.

Something I've wondered on this.  Tommy, did the indie shop check crank run out?

Because many old-timers believe in the old addage, "there's no replacement for displacement"!

That's not the same 103 that was in 2003 - 2006 CVOs, so I don't understand the comparison.  It's a 96 with a big bore kit, is all.  And a CVO comes with a helluva lot more than than just a 110 motor.  I, for one, would rather pi$$ the money away bullet-proofing the engine if I had to (and gaining performance at the same time), than trying to CVO-ize a Limited, both in terms of out of the box performance and accessories.  JMO.

Never had it checked on the 07, but the dealer will when they do the engine work on the 11.
