I too have installed the 575's and can highly recommend them to anyone with a 103 motor. The bike was not dyned before or after. I am just using my butt dyno.
Before 575's-stock 103 with SE air cleaner, stock exhaust/mufflers, and cartridge download. The motor ran/started fine cold or hot. Driveabiliy was good. What I didn't like- there was not much torque between 2-2400 rpm's.. Everytime I got close to 2,000, I would down shift.
After 575's-103 with SE air cleaner, stock exhaust/mufflers, and cartridge download. It still runs/starts fine hot or cold. The big difference is that you have power starting at about 1800 rpm's.. Just twist the throttle and go.. You don't have to downshift now when getting close to 2,000. Even the touring mufflers have a different note on acceleration-sounds like you have a motor now.
Am set up to have the air fuel mixture checked on Monday on a dyno.. Just want to make sure it is not lean. If it is, it would be borderline, as it still runs to good with no pops, farts.. Maybe won't have to buy the TMax or Autotune even though I have the bungs installed.
If you want power over 4,000, this cam is not for you. If you want a cam that works in the 2-3500 rpm range which most ride in-it does what is advertised. Thanks Zippers and for all who posted and recommended this cam before me. Highly recommended.
