I see you are on LI, as am I.  I have bought 6 bikes from New Roc between the 09 model year and this one.  Jack, the owner, has been a great friend to me and I would be shocked if they did anything other than take care of this.  I couldn't even begin to think that they would do anything other than doing the right thing! They are the most "stand up" dealership that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

OK Guys, here is an update:

1st of all, Harley-Davidson told my dealer that they will NOT cover it. Now, before everyone starts to freak out.......My dealer, New Roc Harley-Davidson, in New Rochelle, NY told me that "they will cover it regardless of what happens".

Now Mr. Harley-Davidson: I have owned the following: 2006 Softail Deluxe, 2009 Streetbob, 2009 CVO Fatbob, 2009 Sportster 1200 Custom (bought for my girlfriend), 2010 Streetglide, 2010 Wideglide (I still have it, 2nd bike I bought for my girlfriend and she still rides it) and Now my 2011 CVO Streetglide.  All I can say to the MoCo is: SHAME ON YOU. What goes around, comes around! You have destroyed my faith in everything that I thought this great company was. My dealer: (New Roc Harley Davidson) You have restored my faith in everything that great businessmen are. You Are The Greatest People That I Have Ever Had The Pleasure Of Dealing With And Will Continue To Deal With. If you want/need anything, call Jack at New Roc and tell them Glenn sent you.  Jack, the owner, is the prototype for what a smart, loyal, customer friendly/oriented businessman should be AND IS! He will always be my friend and I will always be a loyal friend/customer, in return. Thank you Jack! HD, you have not heard the last about this. You are lucky that you have owners like Jack at New Roc!

Sure glad you have a great relationship with your dealer.  Glad hes a stand-up guy and a great buisness man.  Shame on the moco for being such A$$&*@#$ I hope many will take head of this notation and do something if anything about there shameless selfish acts.

"GREAT" is a word that is just not "Good enough" to use in describing what dealing with them is like.  It is a completely different HD experience, take my word for it, I KNOW!  I've dealt with some of the others! That's why I bought my last 6 bikes from them and have brought 23 others in to experience it also.  Yup, 29 bikes through me..........why??, because they deserve my (yours, my friends and everyone else's) business.  They have earned the respect that they deserve and will continue to get it if I have anything to do with it!

Guess what, that's the best part............you don't have to be here.  He will ship you a bike, if you want one.  Give him a shot to earn your business regardless of where you are located. I guarantee that Jack, at New Roc,  will not hurt you and the experience will be unforgettable! Jack has shipped bikes out of state to friends of mine that just couldn't get their local dealers to act like human beings to them. Any dealer can sell you a bike. Only one can give you the experience you deserve, as an HD owner! New Roc!

Slot bike, that is great news! BTW, make sure you peel the clear tape on the other side and get them warranteed together.... I like happy endings...
