So I thought now that I have a few shots of parts as they are being completed, I'd start up a thread to share. The 1st few shots I have are pre-finished parts and look a bit flat as there is no clear coat as of yet.
The overall theme is a bit hard to describe, but in essence its flamin' eagles. From the front, the front fairing will have a hint of an eagle comming at ya. Eyes on fairing, eagle claws on the lowers.
On the front fender, will be a shot of an eagle in a claw dive as if it has found prey -- wings spread backwards which actually turn into fire which runs the gambit of where the original pin striping used to be.
I decided to keep the original base colors (Cherry Red Sunglow / Merlot Sunglow) and just adding detail.
The tank is an eagle head which will flame backwards down the side of the bike. The idea is that the flame will render a mix of flamage and semi-authentic eagle wing parts so to deliver that look as if it is flying on the side of the bike.
Think there is more, but hard to describe everthing, so as this area is for pictures, here they come. Will update as additional shots are taken.
