I work from home so I don't block bunnies.  Where's the pic?

Is it against the forum rules to post more skin, aka boobs?

I know I know, I agreed to the forum rules but who reads all that anyways?
Might be a good idea to read them - rules of posting to www.CVOHARLEY.com. Makes my job easy and could prevent you from feeling picked on. ;) ;D

And to Nashalynn:  Sorry.  Hope you weren't offended.  Surely like most "wimmin" you understand how men are testosterone driven.  Type A types all over the place in here.

No problem...this has been a very interesting thread. Can't believe you guys would really post this stuff (goof ups). No need for me to post the things I have done, being female I have the perfect excuse!

If you can't laugh at yourself and some of the dumb things you do, life's pretty boring.  Some things aren't real funny at the time, but later reflection makes some things seem less important.  I've even been known to admit when I'm wron...incorrect, some of the time.  ;)

Alright, here's another one of mine...
We do some stupid things.  Here's another...

Same lawnmower, but this time I'm mad at the goober I was working for at the time.  I start filling the mower's fuel tank and I'm still steamed.  I look down and I'm not holding the diesel can...I'm filling it up with regular gas.

Many, many years ago had a Sporty as a 2nd ride and took it down the coast to blow out the cobwebs. Dark on the way back and I needed to fill her up....down the road a bit and it was blowing white smoke like I was spraying for mosquito's. Turns out I had added 3/4 tank of diesel to 1/4 tank of perferctly good gasoline. Siphoned out the diesel and put in the right stuff (station refused the unused diesel) and it took maybe 2 tankfuls and a new set of plugs to clear it up. DUH!!!!! :nixweiss:

Boy you guys are something else. Without video or pictures to prove it happened, it didn't! That's my story and I'm sticking to it. The bike didn't take out 3 other bikes in Daytona when the side stand didn't catch. NEVER HAPPENED!!

Some good stories here. Reminds me of my apprenticeship in heating and A/C when i was about 20. Plugged a breaker into a 440 volt circuit with my fingers overlapping the plastic part and barely touching the metal part. WHAM! It knocked me back about 15 feet against a concrete block wall where I sat lifeless. Viewing my self from some place above (kinda wierd looking at your own body when you are not in it anymore), there was a calm peaceful feeling that I was finished with that body. Then, WHAM! Right back in and there I was; no heartbeat, no breath. I remember my brain said; "I think with no heartbeat or breath I must be dead". This seemed like hours but was probably just seconds. First a big gasp of breath popped my chest out, then a few breaths and ba-bump (an occasional heartbeat).  Sat there a few minutes before I could get up, finally breathing and heart pumping again. Just then the mechanic I had been working with came out and said; "are you OK, you look a little pale." I said; "Sure! I'm Great!, What do we do next?"  When you kill yourself and live thru it, you sure don't want to broadcast your almost fatal stupidity.

I was out riding and decided to stop at a paint store to pick up some Floetrol for a painting job while I was out.  Put the Floetrol bottle in the tourpack and took the lon way home.  Needless to say the cap came off the bottle on the ride and the tourpack was full of Floetrol.  After a bunch of cussing took the liner out and flushed it and everythin inside with water.  The bike was less than a month old.  Lesson learned don't use the bike for this!
