MY issue is that he is being very careless with little to no regard for his passenger. If he wants to ride his bagger like it's a Rice rocket all by himself then good for him BUT he put his passenger in harms way.
All that's seen is a few still images. Not enough there to know how he's riding or is intending to ride. In fact from the distance the bike goes after the slide begins you'd have to infer he's not going very fast at all.
We can't know whether he's loping through the Dragon trying to be careful or trying to show off and acting like an ass. Many of the group here have ridden the Dragon; on baggers. The simple fact that we're there doesn't mean that we're jackasses behaving like we're on crotch rockets.
I don't know what the guy was doing. I seriously doubt his intent was to put his BSR in harms way. By the slow speed we can infer from the collective images I can only guess he wasn't even trying to bust a nut through the turn. He just screwed up. Like any of us could and many of us have. That being so would only say it's great they appear to be not too bad off, that the bike could probably ride away if they felt like that, and that I hope they felt like riding again another day.
