When I noticed my body wanted to be on it's own natural schedule.

Dinner at 6:30 pm

Desert at 8:00 pm

Sleep at 10:00 pm

Urinate at 6:00 am

Bowel Movement at 7:00 am

Wake up at 8:00 am  :confused5:

Same thing day after day.

Just picture yourself having a coffee at a street cafe or beach bar and a hot 18 year old girl with gorgeous legs and a kind of see through skirt (no bra if you insist) walks by. You got this?
Now,
if you first thought then is
"wow, I would definitely like to ...her" and perhaps even imitate the playboy whistle (= me 20 years ago)
or is the first thing that jumps to your mind more..
"for heavens sake, which father allow his daughter to run half naked through the town while arousing all the perverts around

If you tend more to the latter (like me) this makes you old, so I am old! Yes and I'm lovin' it  :bananarock:
