Do we all have this wife "issue"?
« on: February 03, 2013, 06:36:07 PM »

Seems like I'm not alone when it comes to spending on our MC's and a wife "issue"  Is it a universal thing?   :)

Mine spends a bit on her own bike....and way more on clothes and shoes than I do on my bike. I bring up that she has also taken over the spare room closet and the laundry room closet and the hall closets...then she backs right off!

That's my little bit...from the black and white skull shirt to the right corner.

:ROFLOL:  Does your wife know that you posted pictures of the inside of HER closet?  I wouldn't tell her if I was you.   :lipsrsealed2: :vrolijk27: :zroflmao:

I would NEVER allow ANY wife, girl friend, or anyone else, to tell me what or how much to spend on my bike. Period!

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D That's a good one mate. If you did run sort of extra cash there's plenty of it in the closet.

Thanks Dayne that's the best thread that's been on here in awhile....

Now show some photos of the garage and compare who has the most sh*t crammed in there.

We worked things out well over 30 years ago. The majority of the money goes together to pay our bills and for things like retirement accounts etc. We both agreed on a set amount each month for each other to put in our own accounts and spend on anything we want, no questions asked. That way neither one of us felt like a little kid asking for an allowance and permission to spend it on something.
Any big ticket item like a truck, bike or boat etc was discussed in advance and we had to show how we were going to pay for it before we went shopping.

I have way more car and bike stuff in the workroom than my wife could ever fit in her closet and that doesn't even include the garage! I'm stayin on the bench in this game! :coolblue:

:D ;D ::) ;D :) :D :P  That one made my morning.  Had to clean coffee off the screen.... :2vrolijk_21:

Worked with a young guy a few years ago that was complaining about his young wife wanting a pool at the house one late spring when it was getting warmer.  He was complaining all about it and told us he put his foot down that there would be no pool at his home.  By the middle of that Summer, there was a pool and a really nice deck all around it.... :bananarock:
