A good 2-1 exhaust (with a ghost pipe if you want the duals look) will really help you. Mild head work will help too, but that 103 already comes with SE Heads. Good choice in cams from what I've heard. Jim S. (HD-Dude) can give much better advice than me.
I have the same bike (same color too!), and almost the same build, (minus the cams). For me I am quite satisfied. My set up is air cleaner, free flowing D&D slip on mufflers, and TTS Master Tune. Our dyno numbers are very close, but your cams give you a bit more torque. I know my stock head pipes are holding me back, but I'm okay with it, I like the stock look. If I had any reason to go into the engine, I'd consider changing cams. But the bike has been bullet proof so far, so I'm not going to mess with a good thing.
