With the help of a buddy finally flushed the clutch fluid. First time doing it, went better than I expected. Plus saved me the $330 that my local dealer wanted to do the job.

Just did the same on my 2019.
Took me about an hour or so for the clutch and brake flush and new fluid to replace the old.
Noticed that the clutch fluid was pretty murky looking, I’ll have to change that more often I think.
I had modified the clutch cover to remove it without messing with the exhaust pipes, so much easier now!
Dealer here gets $150-159 hourly rates last time I checked. Can’t remember exactly.

My local dealer didn't change labor rates.  However they did lower the cost for the 5, 10 and 15K services.  A big help.  The 20K and up services are also lower.  Tire replacement went way down on labor and 20% of on the tire cost.

With the great weather this week, I'll be riding mine today.

I have the fuel moto jackpot header, the cover slipped right by with no problem. Dealer told me the exhaust would have to come off, probably just wanted more money. My independent did the brake flush before he closed his doors, that is coming up due too. Not sure if I will take it in or try it myself, no way to work the abs pump so might have to take it in.

I have rode between 114 and 130 miles every day this week.   Once day on Pan America and the rest on the CVO.  Weather has been perfect, low 70's and sunny.  Colors are changing but not sure this will be a great year its been so dry except for Helene.  Most all that was east of me.

Took the 2019 CVO 124 on a short 900 mile trip to the southern passes in the  Sierra's
Started out at sea level up to about 9500’ at Sherman pass.
Great ride, wonderful weather with a couple of good friends.

Bike was running great, but, decided to start my 100,000 mile service a little early.
Today changed out the fuel filter. OEM after 95000 miles!
Tomorrow I’ll do the oils.
Engine mounts next.

70K miles on the 124
60k miles on the grudgebox
60K miles on the stock SE clutch pack with AIM SDR hat.
60K miles on the stock (shimmed) comp assembly.

Life is good! LOL

That filter is pretty dirty after 95K miles.  That bike is treating you well.

Yup!
Sometimes when you travel, you have to make allowances with gas!
We’ve got it tuned to run on about anything out here in the boonies. No pinging on regular in the mountains pulling a grade, bike still has plenty of passing power. It DOES like 91 when we can get it.

Today: all 3 holes oil change and new filter.
Redline for the grudgebox
Mobil 1 for the engine
Belray in the primary.

No residue on the drain plugs magnets, just a little sludge on the primary magnet as usual.

Tomorrow I’ll do the rear motor mounts, fronts are already in.
PITA ON THE LEFT FRONT! I figured out an easy way for that one after a couple of beers and a hard look! LOL

You are  coming right along with the service.  That is nice you can run it on about any gas.  I had to be particular about gas with my 19.  It would do fine on 91 west of the Mississippi at higher elevations 89 was ok.  Where I live it needed 93 but east of Mississippi 93 is pretty easy to find

We can’t get the 93 here easily, mostly 91 at the gas stations, so I'm limited on that.
I opted to drop down on cam selection from TTS 250 to the 200 and it fit right in with my riding style.
Also went with a quieter exhaust system (all Fullsac) . Heads are basically stock, springs and small touches on the valves and ports.
Dropped some high end HP, but kept the TQ down low where I wanted it. A awesome dyno guy really makes it all happen!
This is not a dyno bike, it’s my “road bike” made for long distances. Goal was where I ride and how, it’s takes a good tune and operator that understands that.
Big thanks to all that helped with the parts combo!

To quote the “Starks of Winterfell”, Winter Is Coming!

On Monday, started at Golden/Arvada - was a 77 degree beautiful, sunny day.
Took a tootle up over Loveland Pass (11,990 feet elevation) where it was overcast,
44 degrees with snow along the roadway, and getting darker by the hour.

Today, back along the Front Range - and all ready looking forward to spring!

After flushing the clutch fluid I need to go buy a new gasket for the master cylinder, either I didn’t get it dry enough before putting on or I pinched it somehow. This will be the 4th gasket to be replaced on the clutch side, don’t know what it is but they all weep after about 2 years 😡

If you're talking about the rubber diaphragm, I always wash it warm water and it never leaks or seeps.

I had the same issue, always had a slight wet spot around the perimeter of the cover where its sits on the gasket, on the last fluid change it did the same so I torque the screws to the top end of spec and has been dry since. ( I usually torque to mid tolerance unless I encounter a sealing issue).
Rubber has a shelf life so it pays to replace the gasket each fluid change like any other gasket.
