I had previously been riding an 04 Dyna Superglide Sport, a nice hanlding bike. A few weeks ago switched to the 07 SE Ultra. On the first ride I decided to take the shortcut across a rather steep hill with very sharp switchbacks. I had forgotten how really tight those turns were. Gee, in my teen years on a Honda 305 they weren't that tight. Regardless, I was heading uphill towards a steep corner that rivaled the slow speed box turns at MSF.

In conditions such as those highlighted above, leans in either direction are not recoverable beyond 16 inches.

Further discussion of slow speed maneuvering is less CVO specific so I will post in the Other Topics forum.
