Hey! What's this hijack BS.

I'm trying to figure out how to properly breakin my new motor cams Nitros cylinders.

What's a little hi-jacking amongst friends. We are still friends aren't we?

BTW, I read your quote compared to my post, and I dont get it.

Just having fun.  Irrelevant vice irreverent  Someone made a comment the other night about people quoting and changing the quote. I do it all the time and nobody every notices. I thought you were on that thread when I said " it's an art form "  and might pick up on it.

Harry
       and Spiderman
                           and yes H/B

Your responses are what I enjoy.
But everyone missed the point of my explanation as to why I'm at 140 and motors built similar are at 150.
It's not the motor, it's the surrounding bike that eventually dictates what shows up on the dyno.
If you add 6 for the wide tire and 4 for the 6 speed then I'm where Harry thinks I should be.
Is that the motors fault?
So what does that really mean?
In a contest of acceleration does the dyno sheet mean chit or is it the total package that gets the job done?

BB
You nailed it about the dyno sheets. As Hub said one time, "Never been outrun by a dyno sheet"
So let have some fun and air them out. When it's all done we will still be friends no matter who was ahead.

And Harry
I was a little disappointed you even asked your questions. I would have thought a man of your experience would have figured out why I was down 10. That was why I ignored your question the first time you asked.

So in summary,
Does anyone really know if AJ's bike is now stock or is he just blowing smoke up our,,,,,, well just blowing smoke!

No, I don't think I saw that thread.

I can't quote your quote, but I can see that you get the idea. See how many times you can get away with it before getting picked up. I do it constantly   8)

Ya know if AJ had simply used the search function he would find that I had posted in the past Zippers Break in procedure and S&S's motor break in procedures and then he could have made a decision which way he wanted to break in his or follow the Harley method.   But no he has to attack us for a highjack of a thread.

He is sticking by his story that its still "stock".   Guess that the story and he's sticking to it.

It is a simple thing.  I like Spidermans Race Philosophy.  SRP.  Use his course, or one like it.    But HB, if its a harley, it counts.  Just like AHDRA classes, a CVO 110 with mods counts, as long as it stays a 110.   Of course, that means we all still have stock bikes.  But one of us has the fastest stock bike.  Whoose it gonna be?

If I put a GW engine in my harley does that count???

Seriously folks, I don't get it. I like power as much as the next person. But, what's the purpose of trying to get 110 HP out of one of these engines? The crotch rockets are still gonna blow ya away. It's a cruise bike!

I rode a stock 88 WG this weekend, and I kept up with everyone just fine.

OK, blast me away, cuz I know you motorheads gonna hate this post.

And all the money you save on the engine rebuilds, you can buy a MP3 player for the Harmon K.

I better go now.
