Well it is 100% now. Every person I know of that has a 110 is now either rebuilt or is leaking oil. The last one that didn't have a problem is now starting to leak at close to 4K miles. I'm so damn happy I canceled my order. :2vrolijk_21:

Dealer called and my bike was ready. I couldn't get a ride to pick it up, so the store manager delivered to my house. Took him back. Worked out great. Took the bike for just a quick run and it felt really good. So far, the bike sounded very quiet and smooth. Just gotta do the break-in thing again, but hopefully it'll be worth it. Well, gotta go, 5am comes early. I just wanted to update. I'll try to get it all broken in before I take off for the Love Ride in LA.

I spoke to my dealer a couple of days ago to check on my ordered parts to fix my leak the second time around. He told me that since AJ and I were in there before HS and found the Blue Jester that had oil burned to the rear cylinder, he has implemented a visual check on every 110 for leaking oil. I can't remember exactly how many he has found leaking, but I think he told me it's almost all of them he's had come in the shop.

I was told by the CS rep I've been working with in Milwuakee that there is a whole lot of attention focused on the 110 problems right now. That's great, but how about coming up with a fix? Soon!

Where is your oil leak, Bruno (Head gasket?)?  And what are the issues with your mufflers?  I thought you'd gone for the Harley Touring mufflers?

Both at the head and wery thin at down.
For the mufflers, yes they are Harley ones, but it the piece just plug into the cylinder that after is switching into the two mufflers.
I don't know the name for that piece.

Ah, the oil leak also at the Cylinder Base, you mean?

And you mean the "Y"-pipe - the rear exhaust header?  They often crack in the "Y" - is that your problem?

Yes it's the Y part that is broken.

And Leak of oil at the head Gasket too.

Two issues :-)

I have the US Mufflers + stage 1

Yes, the broken Y piece is very common. May I recommend you switch to True Dual headers?  ;)

I take any advice that help the machine to have more air.
Can you drive me on which system I have to go.

I use the V&H Touring Dual headers, Bruno.  I'm very happy with them, good quality, look really good, and your mufflers will fit straight on.
