Yo
Been gone for a while. I paid MSRP for my 07 Ultra. I love the bike. No problems at all. (Wish I did not just say that) over 8500 miles and she runs like I stole her.

End of the day this is one of the things that makes our country great. You want it, this is the price. You don't want to pay that move on down the line. Its all about the freedom of choice and the freedom of the ride.

Be safe my brothers and sisters.
Kaz :apple:

I've got the exact bike you have and I as you, got a good price. If I bought it, it was a good price...for me. However, I'm on my second engine and it's currently running very smooth and appears so far to be a winner. Time will tell, but in the mean time, I'm riding! I purchased it to wear it out, and I will, leaks or no leaks!

Just bought an 08 springer. Price was supposed to be, with warranty, 33500. Went in the other day to see when its gonna get here, they dropped the price 5%. Thats about the only thing I can say thanks to Bush about :)

:) got mine for MSRP + setup; plus here is the best part, my dealership (HRHD) offers lifetime service  :2vrolijk_21:......I think I paid 1800.00 for it this time.........do the math, after roughly 4-5 services you hit that price and on the SE's this include syn oils.

I paid MSRP plus $700 for freight and set up.  Harley Davidson of Sacramento has sold MSRP plus freight and set up for years.....wether you've bought ten bikes from them or this is your first.  The only draw back is the regular customers usually have their name on the list a year in advance.

If any other folks are looking for a new bike on the west coast Mathew's HD in Fresno, Ca never has charged over msrp for bikes and been in business since about 53'. Many bikes in stock and they are dealing big time on 07's.   :2vrolijk_21:

It's nice to know that there are still dealers out there who value customer loyalty and service just a little more than a buck.  Too many out there that don't pay enough attention to the first and that's why they don't make enough of the second.

I got mine for MSRP plus shipping fees (and we are only about 30 miles from where the bike was made).  For spending $2000 on accessories I did get 10% off of all parts and labor (for 3 years), the first 3 servicings are free and lifetime inspections for free.

Got my Ultra at msrp + set up and freighrt($900).  They get in about two a month at San Diego Harley.  Don't know what the other rate is for CVO.

30 miles doesn't help the dealer.  Right, or wrong, Harley has smoothed the freight charges nationwide, so that there is no price advantage to being closer to the plant.

OK in 03 I paid 30,000 for my SERK. 4 months ago I was toying with buying a newer bike.......................well after they ( the dealer ) told me my bike was only extra chrome and a different paint job.............15,400 is all they offered..............I love my bike and don't have a gripe with the MoCo. But never again........... :soapbox:
