OK, my bike seems similarly set up to yours (SERT, roll your own air filter, SE Performance Touring slip on mufflers) and I only get 102.26 ft-lbs torque and 89.25 HP. Torque is rock stable until 4,500 rpm and HP raising until about 5,250 rpm. Air fuel ratio 12.5:1 - 13:1 range.
Is it that you have different mufflers than I have, or something else? Any clues from looking at my dyno tune sheet? [http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=6375.165]
I am also envious of your numbers.....(even though they are only numbers) after spending 2K on SERT, true duals and Rush mufflers and a Stage 1 a/c,
My numbers ended in 87.5 HP
and 105.5 ft lbs torque
now I must admit it is feeling pretty good especially above 3000 rpm (but who doesn't)....low end 2000 is better
and sound is just where I want it....... but to tell the truth I was looking for torque numbers in the 110 -115 range
and missed that target................HP I really did not care about, it comes with torque
What I really really wanted was 110 HP and 130 - 140 ft lbs torque, but I think that is unreasonable and keep it somewhat reliable
I also must say the engine is "loosening" up a little and top end just keeps on pulling....
