For those who love it, please don't take my comments as criticism of you and/or your taste.  But after all those years of waiting, I've got to say I'm highly disappointed.  No lowers or tour-pak, so if you want to add them I guess you get to conjure up your own custom paint.  Fugly extensions make the bags look like something from a high school shop class (or something you could buy from J.C. Whitney and glue on), while covering up the view of the chrome pipes and complicating any modifications.  And the graphics don't even come close to the original SERG.  

I was afraid they would offer such a stunning bike that I would be forced to eat my words and buy one.  Unless they look 1000% better in person than they do in photo's, I don't think I'll be eating any words.

The 103 in that trike isn't the 103 you earlier guys have. This is a 96 w/103 barrels. It ain't all that. The bottom ends are all the same in the newer TC's. There ya go livin in the past again! ::) ;D ;)

A new bike either grabs you or it doesn't. That's how I ended up trading in an 07 Street Glide for my SERK. I also know you can only judge a scooter when you actually have seen it. I'm holding judgement until then.




Unless someone with a triple red SERG just has to part with it...

Definitely.  Such a simplistic effort at recapturing such a cool bike.  The statement has to be "we know you'll buy it so we don't have to try very hard."

Those saddlebag extensions are embarassing.  Body lines all the way around?  I'm a body work clutz waiting for a place to screw something up but I could mold the panels together and hide the line.  The whole rear is just sophomoric.  And I still can't believe they took the iconic dramatic Eagle's head and turned it in to a flat, bland, boring simple bit of sketch drawing.

Perhaps there's a method to the lazyness madness.  Perhaps it's all done to lay the groundwork for visual separation between this layman's effort and a truly stunning SERG4 next year?
