Just wanted to relay an great customer service experience I just had with Pez and Hogtunes . . . .
For the past several months, the Hogtunes speakers that I got in late-March, or so have been suffering from distortion not long after leaving for a ride. These are the earlier version, the ones before the redesign to handle a higher output amplifier like the SEEGs have. I have not had a lot of time to be riding let alone messing with the bike this summer ( [smiley=furious.gif] , but that's another story), so I just now got around to contacting Pez last night.
I explained the situation and symptoms in an e-mail to him late last night and less than 12 hours later, a new (improved) set is on its way! This is tremendous customer service! Quite frankly, I'm not sure how he is able to afford to take care of all the SEEG owners that have suffered issues, but it is certainly a breath of fresh air to see someone stand behind their product the way Pez does as well as offer up a sincere apology for any troubles caused!
