Check out the vendor info. I ordered form them and they didn't have it, had to order it, took longer than was promised, cust service not the best in the world but you'll get what you ordered. If I were to do it again I'd pay a little more with no drama. If you can't get it from Jenni,  Mark at M&M Cycles would be my next choice, great customer service & prices....Greg

Exactly my thoughts too Greg.

The biggest problem with them to me is that they advertise they have the product, may oversell, and then you have to wait 2-3 weeks for them to order and get in with no notification after you win bid that they have to order.  Customer service is non existent.

On the other hand, Eastern performance on Ebay is top notch from my experience.

The head pipes on the 09's all have catalytic converters in them.  moco does not sell a pipe setup that fits without a cc integrated into it.

So far it does not appear that anyone offers a true duel system for the 09 models yet.  You can only get slip-ons.  An exhaust pipe change will improve the sound a bit, but will not help much in the flow department.  The header needs to be removed and replaced to get the performance we've come to expect out of a big twin.

RoadGliderX70

I also have a pair of like new SuperTrapps and have been considering putting them on my yet-to-be-delivered 09 SERG.  If you do install them, I would love to see how they look and learn how they work.

Good luck.

Vance and Hines will claim that they will fit the 09 models.  I'm sure they will however, I tried the Vance and Hines Ovals, not moster, on my SERG and they didn't match up right.  The mounting bracket for the pipes puts the pips hugging the bag extenders and leaves a large gap toward the center of the bike.  It doesn't look right at all.  You would think that they would look kick @ss there with the space provided, but they don't fit right, doesn't look like it should be on a 30K bike IMO.

Thanks Mike. My SERG's not coming in for awhile, so I've got some time to watch what new after-market parts develop. I'll break it in with the stock exhaust anyway. The stock mufflers look GREAT!..too bad they have to go in the name of performance (damned EPA anyway!! :soapbox:).

Also, in another SERG thread you talk about KW coming out with a 16" windshield, which I'm very anxious to see. Maybe that will be the one for long hauls, keeping the stock shield for around town. How hard is it to change back and forth (dumb question probably, but it's my 1st SERG)? Thanks buddy!  :2vrolijk_21:

Approximately 5 minutes and four screws I believe, maybe 5, but really easy.

Steve says the 02 sensors will adjust and you should see 8-10 HP right off the bat!  he has experience with the 08's.  My Fullsac cores should be here today but alas...I'm leaving tomorrow at 4 am for Grand Canyon North Rim and will leave this for next week.  The SERG is put to bed and I'm running my other RG at the moment.

Just picked up my silver 09 SERG today.   I had the Hookers on my 07 SERK and liked them so well that i put them on my new SERG.  Must say that they fit on perfectly and sound fantastic.  They are adjustable so you can tone them down or open them up.
Bike runs great with them.

I canceled the slip on mufflers and went with a D&D quiet perfromance baffle 2-1.
