Without me searching to find it, is yours 'standard' height or lowered? I scrape my :pumpkin:with stock lowered suspension on every ride. I can't afford to lose any more clearance!
Thanks,
:-Jerry

I scraped my non-lowered CUSE2 (both sides) on almost every ride even before I had the spacers - roads are narrow and twisty here - the famous Dragon looks like a sunday ride for the old folks to me.  ;) The right side in particular (the stand scapes first on the left side, and I used to think it was impossible to scrape the board on that side, now I know different!) board is well worn down. After I added the ½" spacers it was worse, so I had to move the rear of the right hand board up a hole.

Here are some pics of the floorboard extenders I had made.  They move the board out 1" and forward approx 2".  Brewnut and sadunbar - if you would like further detail /pics etc PM me.

Re-size them to about 1024-768 and don't "zip" them. And then "edit your post, remove the attachment, save it and edit it again with the new picture

I haven't tried putting a rear bracket on the front, so I cant say for sure  :nixweiss: :nixweiss:
Besides having to buy two sets of 4588's @ $89.99/ea, in order to have 4 brackets of the proper width, I still dont think it will work.

Width aside, the front brackets are different than the rear.  There is a set screw on both the front brackets.  Instructions state turn set screw in until it makes contact with the support arm.  Dont ask me what they do . . .  :nixweiss: :nixweiss:

Once I found the front brackets didnt fit I boxed em back up and called Kuryakyn for a RA #   >:(

I bought a set of these from HD Dude - knowing they would not fit.  I also emailed Kuryakyn and told them they didn't fit an SEUC - as advertised in the product description.  Kuryakyn knew of the problem and mailed me two alternate brackets with the proper width slot to fit an Ultra.  The shipped them UPS at no cost to me.  I actually had them before the kit I ordered from HD Dude arrived.  I installed them yesterday - they worked as described - out one inch and up one inch.

Sadunbar,

Are these "new" brackets just for the front support arms?  Are you happy with the end result?

Are those heel guards you have as well?  They aren't OEM are they?
