the  v/h hi output slip ons part no. 16457   that i bought , only measure 3 1/2 in, some folks  are saying they measure 4 1/2 in, is there another  muffler out there that i don't know about?

Per V & H, (and others), they should be 4.5".  Check the website:  www.vanceandhines.com/products/touring-10-hioutput/hioutput.html  These are the pipes you should have received.

sorry mine are 4 1/2 in , i just had  to put my glasses on,.... what's up with v/h fuelpak is it any good, i  was thinking of getting the fuelpak and the v/h x pipe, anyone got any experice with the whole v/h set up?

I love the way they sound, but I am one to favor bark in the pipes. They make an ~3db down baffle for the more faint at heart. I hear they are more suited to making power in the upper range. I won't know until I get it on a dyno in about 3-4 weeks. Winter sux.
