Just sitting here looking at my ride and thinking,  our 2010 SESG have a 1 year unique paint scheme!  It's looking real good here in the setting sunlight. I'm liking it better by the minute. 

That's right I keep thinking why do they not run more blue in their schemes?  All the better for us Concord guys.

Just back from Sturgis saw the new models in person, I have to say not impressed 
Paint looks a lot like standard Road Glides to me 

Not the pizazz of last years at least they didn't mess up the Ultra's!

I have to say the Road Glide Ultra makes the bike complete still a batwing fan but its now a complete package.

Maybe should have built the GPS into the dash instead of the tweeters? The Ipod integration is ok but the bag location is awkward and a pain to retrieve each time you leave the bike. Not sure if it accommodates the Iphone?

What was with all the old models and used bikes in the Harley display?

Was out tearing up the back roads with the Cap'n today and stopped by one of the local HD dealers.  They have a Black/Red SESG2 sitting on the floor.  Took a long hard look at it and decided it didn't do anything for me.  I actually don't like the looks of the lowers on the SESG, even though they do have speakers.  The 19" front wheel was a nice touch, but other than that, nothing spectacular.  I'm glad I didn't wait to see if they would come out with a SESG for 2011, and no, more than ever feel I made the right choice in getting the Cap'n.

It almost makes me want to try to work a trade with someone to get a 10 for my crappy ol' 11 ... but I'm so broke now I don't think I could come up with enough cash to get someone to make a deal ... 

I will say the black diamond on the '11 is very understated, and now that I have my service manual my dream of quickly deciding to take the lowers off is shattered - quick it ain't ... it looks like it could be considering what a crappy job they did wiring for them (let's just dangle an ugly-ass cable from under the fairing and sort of swoop it over) ...oh well.

Beside the 2011's are only around $33,000 Hell mine was a lot more than that and it ain't finished

I'd sold myself on the fact that it was done at the factory and so no more mods.  Pls forgive my innocence.  Any more money and I could have dropped funds on a kitted out RV!

Me too, but it may be cheaper to get a freight car from Zanotti instead of continuing to use UPS ..!
