Who worries about MPG's?
[smiley=nixweiss.gif] I'm more into reliability and performance. When mines needs fuel I stop and fill her up that's all I know about MPG's.

D00d, for it's own sake I personally could care less about fuel usage on the bike. It is recreational travel after all.
I do care, however, about being able to settle in for a couple of hours at a time rather than having to stop at 90 minutes or less just because the bike got thirsty before I had to stop and pee. Also, and especially with just gaining familiarity with the new system, fuel usage is just another indicator of how the system might be functioning and if there is anything to be concerned about. Right now all the tell tales are still being paid heightened attention to.
The amount of gas it consumes is just another one of those right along with oil consumption (if any), pressures, head and cylinder temperatures and the few other things I can inspect or measure without too much effort. My concern is reliability. The best way I have to gain insights in to whether or not reliability is likely is how those measures report and how stable/consistent they might report/maintain.
