Be sure to ask them what your crank run out is and to check it on both sides. Inquiring minds want to know.  :nixweiss:

In the mean time, with just cams (no head work), removing the cat, Fullsac baffles, SST dyno tuned, here's a link that shows my dyno sheet.  The reason that so many on this forum have followed suit (the combined mods, not because it's my bike :)0......    http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=44545.0

JCZ, what was your run out when you did the 574 reapers.Just finished the install on my 09. Are you satisfied with the Feuling products. Sorry about the thread jack.

Sorry about jacking the thread. When I logged on I was sure I was on the CVO site trying to help you and all of a sudden it was like I found myself reading about chit that happens on Honda's and thought I teleported to a different world. Now I understand that we were just comparing lemons to cherrys.

My service manager asked which Fullsac baffle I wanted.  2" or 2 1/4".  After hearing the 2 1/4" on another 110" CVO, I decided to go with the 2". I'm told it's a little less loud.

Right choice or what?

I think the 2" is plenty loud, at least for my tastes.  It also gives slightly better performance than either of the other two choices.

My 08 Goldwing is awesome on long trips.  Very comfortable, quiet and powerful and it doesn't break down !!

My 08 Ultra SE3 is in my garage waiting on the back ordered fuel filter shell again.   The Harley can just sit for the winter, probably will be spring before parts are here anyway, assuming something doesn't break down while it is sitting in the garage.

46,000 on my 08 Goldwing never in the shop, never broken down, only oil and filter changes, OEM battery on and on and on and on.................I will be trading my 08 Goldwing for a 12 Goldwing next week.

Right choice...doing the same here, and a Dynojet PowerVision for tune...

I'm suppose to call my service dept tomorrow afternoon to see if my bike will be done by this weekend.  It's been nearly 3 weeks in the shop awaiting who knows what.

Too bad the new Wing doesn't have a 6 speed or CVT transmission available for 2012.  I hope once I get my RG back it won't let me down ever again.

I don't remember what it was back in late 09, when I had the cams put in.  Well within specs.....I think it was .05 thousandts.  It didn't matter, my crank went south, anyway.

The MoCo covered the rebuild, new crank, etc.  I took the crank and had it pinned, welded and balanced and now have the smoothest running Harley I've ever owned.  I had to pay for the welding and balancing, temkin bearings, etc. out of my pocket.  The MoCo covered all the stock parts and labor.  I now have the kind of motor that should have came from the MoCo. :2vrolijk_21:

Final Update:
I picked up my bike about 6 hours ago.  Fresh off the Dyno it shows 110 HP 120 TQ.
Now it's a Stage lll with polished & ported heads, adjustable push rods, heavy duty pistons, titanium valves, new cylinders, S.E. Tuner, new cams, Full Sac 2" baffles and X-pipe.  I think I got it all.

Went on a 100 mile test ride this evening.  Engine is smoother with power that builds as the revs increase.  A little less heat but not sure since air temps are finally dropping. Engine is less noisy and feels more solid than stock.

I don't know if it was measured.  I'll ask next week.  Communication between service and myself is lacking.  Pulling teeth would be easier.

That is great. I hope you get to finally enjoy it for many, many miles without issues.
